Sea Isle City Market Update: ?CoreLogic released their home price appreciation stats this week. Home prices increased 6.9% in 2022.  After 121 months of consecutive appreciation, home prices declined by .4% in December and they’re expecting a .2% decline in January. That said, they’re projecting a 3.0% increase in home prices in 2023. According to the NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. Still, “even with a projected reduction in home sales this year, prices are expected to remain stable in the vast majority of markets due to extremely limited supply. Moreover, there are signs that buyers are returning as mortgage rates decline, even with inventory levels near historic lows.
