Sea Isle City was 97% of the average list price, which is similar compared to a year ago..

AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN OCTOBER:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory this October was 74 compared to
66 in October 2020. In October 2021 total inventory was higher than the previous month’s total active inventory supply of 63, an increase of 17%.
UNITS SOLD IN OCTOBER:
In October, 12 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was a decrease from
October 2020. 
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN OCTOBER:
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last October-2020, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $1,034,500. This October, the median sale price was $1,385,000 an increase of $350,500 compared to last year.
