Sea Shore Area Property Sales-
Sale Price To List Price Ratio - In August, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 99.8% of the average list price, which is 2.1% higher than this time last year.
AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN AUGUST:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory this August was 60 compared to
50 in August 2020. August 2021 total inventory was higher than the previous month’s total active inventory supply of 57, an increase of 5%.
UNITS SOLD IN AUGUST:
In August, 14 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was a decrease of 44% from August 2020.
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN AUGUST:
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last August-2020, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $865,000. This August, the median sale price was $1,290,000 an increase of $425,000 compared to last year.
