Sea Shore Area Property Sales- Mortgage Rates Barely Budge, Remain Below 3%. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage held near last week’s average and continues to average near historical lows.

PENDING SALE CONTRACTS IN JULY:
The number of current/pending contracts was 59% lower than last July.
There were 17 contracts pending sale in July compared to 41 a year ago.

NEW SALE LISTINGS IN JULY:
In July, 30 properties were newly listed for sale in Sea Isle City compared to 33 in July 2020, a decrease of 9%.

SALE LISTING DAYS ON THE MARKET IN JULY:
In July, the average number of days on market was 116, this is lower than the average last year, which was 148. A decrease of 22%.
