Sea Shore Area Property Sales-
Sale Price To List Price Ratio - In July, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 97.1% of the average list price, which is similar to this time last year.

AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN JULY:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory in July was 55 compared to
50 in July 2020. Last months total inventory was higher than the previous month’s total supply of available inventory of 44, an increase of 25%.

UNITS SOLD IN JULY:
In July, 14 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was an decrease from the previous month. 

MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN JULY:
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last July, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $872,500. This past July, the median sale price was $1,332,000 an increase of $459,500 compared to last year.
