Sea Shore Area Property Sales: 
In June, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 99.3% of the average list price, which is 3.4% higher than at this time last year.

More Sea Isle City June Sale Market Data:

PENDING SALE CONTRACTS IN JUNE:
The number of current/pending contracts was 60% lower than last June.
There were 16 contracts pending sale in June compared to 40 a year ago.

NEW SALE LISTINGS IN JUNE:
In June, 25 properties were newly listed for sale in Sea Isle City compared to 24 in June 2020, an increase of 4%.

SALE PRICE TO LIST PRICE RATIO IN JUNE:
In June, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 99.3% of the average list price, which is 3.4% higher than at this time last year.

SALE LISTING DAYS ON THE MARKET IN JUNE:
In June, the average number of days on market was 91, lower than the average last year, which was 195. This decrease of was impacted by the limited number of sales.
