Sea Shore Area Property Sales: As More Sea Shore Area Sale Listings gradually enter the market, Buyers May Face Some Relief from the intense bidding wars that have sent home prices surging in recent months.
AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN JUNE:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory in was 44 compared to
63 in June 2020. Last months total inventory was higher than the previous month’s total supply of available inventory of 42, an increase of 5%.
UNITS SOLD IN JUNE:
In June, 23 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was an decrease from the previous month. Sea Isle City’s total units sold was a 28% increase versus June 2020.
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN JUNE:
Due to the relatively small number of units sold, the median sale price showed significant change this month. Last June, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $745,000. This past June, the median sale price was $1,250,000 an increase $505,000 compared to last year.
SALE PRICE TO LIST PRICE RATIO IN JUNE:
In June, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 99.3% of the average list price, which is 3.3% higher than at this time last year.
