The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory in February was 31 compared to
119 in February 2020. Last months total inventory was lower than the previous month’s total supply of available inventory by 88, a decrease of 74%.
UNITS SOLD IN FEBRUARY:
?Last Month, 20 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was a decrease from the previous month. However, Sea Isle City’s total units sold was higher than this time last year, an increase of 33% verses February 2020.
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN FEBRUARY:
Last February, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $940,000. This past February, the median sale price was $959,750, an increase of 2% or $19,750 compared to last year.
