Sea Shore Area Property Sales -We saw pending home sales increase this January compared to a year ago, however, there are simply not enough homes on the sale market to match the High Buyer Demand!

PENDING SALE CONTRACTS IN JANUARY:
The number of current/pending contracts was 100% higher than last January.
There were 48 contracts pending sale in January compared to 24 a year ago.

NEW SALE LISTINGS IN JANUARY:
In January, 36 properties were newly listed for sale in Sea Isle City compared to 34 in January 2020, an increase of 6%.

SALE PRICE TO LIST PRICE RATIO IN JANUARY:
In January, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 99.8% of the average list price, which is higher than at this time last year.

SALE LISTING DAYS ON THE MARKET IN JANUARY:
In January, the average number of days on market was 94, lower than the average last year, which was 168, a decrease of 44%.
