Sea Shore Area Property Sales have Continued to Ascend, as buyers quickly snatch up virtually every new listing coming on the market. If more properties were for sale we could easily be 20% higher in volume.

AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN JANUARY:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory in January was 30 compared to
118 in January 2020. Last months total inventory was lower than the previous month’s total supply of available inventory of 44, a decrease of 32%.
UNITS SOLD IN JANUARY:
?Last Month, 19 total units were sold in Sea Isle City which was a decrease from the previous month. However, Sea Isle City’s total units sold was higher than January a year ago.
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN JANUARY:
Last January, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $737,500. This past January, the median sale price was $830,000, an increase of 13% or $92,500 compared to last year.
