PENDING SALE CONTRACTS IN DECEMBER
The number of current/pending contracts was 380% higher than last December.
There were 24 current contracts pending sale this December compared to 5 a year ago.

NEW SALE LISTINGS IN DECEMBER:
In December, 15 properties were newly listed for sale in Sea Isle City compared to 9 in December 2019, a increase of 67%.

SALE PRICE TO LIST PRICE RATIO IN DECEMBER:
In December, the average sale price in Sea Isle City was 97.9% of the average list price, which is 1.2% higher than at this time last year.

SALE LISTING DAYS ON THE MARKET IN DECEMBER:
In December, the average number of days on market was 99, lower than the average last year, which was 129, a decrease of 23%.
