In 2020, Existing-home sales here at the Sea Shore Area surged to the highest level in 14 years. This momentum has carried into the new year, as we are experiencing high levels of buyer showing requests.
Although mortgage rates are projected to increase, we still continue to see them hover near record lows at around 3%.
UNITS SOLD IN DECEMBER:
?The number of Sea Isle City Sold units remained stable with 29 units sold. Sea Isle City’s December total units sold was higher than this time last year, with an increase of 81% versus December 2019.
AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN DECEMBER:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory this December was 43 compared to
115 in December 2019.
MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN DECEMBER:
Last December, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $799,000. This past December, the median sale price was $910,000, an increase of 15% or $120,000 compared to last year.
