PENDING SALE CONTRACTS IN NOVEMBER
The number of current contracts is 71% higher than last November.
There were 29 current contracts pending sale this November compared to 17 a year ago.

MEDIAN SALE PRICE IN NOVEMBER:
Last November, the median sale price for Sea Isle City Homes was $729,000. This November, the median sale price was $832,750, an increase of 14% or $103,750 compared to last year.

NEW LISTINGS IN NOVEMBER:
?In Sea Isle City this month there were 21 homes newly listed for sale compared to 23 in November 2019, a decrease of 9%.
AVAILABLE INVENTORY IN NOVEMBER:
The total number of Sea Isle City active inventory this November was 53 compared to
118 in November 2020.
