Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Report: Another HUGE week for the sales market in Sea Isle City!
This week there were 9 more homes placed UNDER CONTRACT and 7 Homes SOLD & SETTLED. There are currently 101 Active sale listings on the market in Sea Isle and 67 Homes UNDER CONTRACT. Our Group has 52 homes sold in Sea Isle City to date, which is double the home sales of our top competitors!
