 This past week there were 2 homes placed under contract, 2 homes sold and settled and currently there are 127 properties on the sales market in Sea Isle City. The List price to Sold price ratio is currently over 96%.

Mortgage rates are still very low! Also, the loan amounts just recently changed as well(4.125% for jumbo loan and 4.625% for loan amounts under $484,350).
